Large, faux taxidermy deer head wall mount. This deer head, with it's witty eyeglasses and sophisticated pipe, will add a touch of whimsy and interest to any room you choose to hang it in! The entire piece has been painted oil rubbed bronze with gold accenting, the eyes have been painted black. You may choose to have this piece painted either black or oil rubbed bronze, you can also choose between gold or silver for the accenting color. Please refer to the listing images in order to see the difference between a black vs. oil rubbed bronze deer head with gold accenting. The example photo shown is my deer head with a cigar, please disregard the cigar, as your piece will not have this.
The eyeglasses are made of wood and have small metal pegs in the bottom that slide into holes on the deers nose. A non-removable pipe extends from the deers mouth, this is a real pipe, not a prop. The pipe is a two piece pipe, in order to protect it during shipping the bottom part of the pipe will be unattached. It attaches by simply sliding onto the mouthpiece that is already attached to the deers head, instructions will be included with your order.
The antlers and eyeglasses are removable and will be shipped unattached in order to save space and shipping costs. Simply glue in place with an industrial type adhesive such as E6000, which is available at WalMart, Michaels, AC Moore, etc
The deer head and antlers are made of cold cast resin, the entire piece measures 23" tall X 16" wide and 13" deep and weighs approx. 6 lbs. Built in hole on back for easy hanging.
